This organization knowingly and at our own risk, in consideration of our acceptance as a participant, hereby forever waive and release any and all claims for injuries or illness that anyone included in and participating from our organization may incur as a direct or indirect result of our participation in the “Dominion Energy Christmas Parade,” against Richmond Parade Inc. and its committee, the City of Richmond, any sponsor, or any other group or individual sustaining or associated with this Parade.

By virtually signing this application, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and accept our organization's responsibility and liability for our safety and that of our participants' safety and health during the Parade. I agree that if our unit is accepted, all involved will abide by the rules and regulations enclosed as established by Richmond Parade Inc. and its committee.

Due to time limits on the parade broadcast and events that may be outside of the parade's control, I understand that Richmond Parade, Inc. and WTVR-CBS 6 cannot guarantee that my unit will be televised or guarantee the amount of time my until will be televised. I understand that no compensation will be given if my unit is not featured on the broadcast.
